It’s a double header of kapa haka action on Whakaata Māori and MĀORI+.
Rōpū from the mighty Tainui waka have gathered for two days of competition at the GLOBOX Arena & Events Centre, Claudelands in Kirikiriroa to compete for a place at next year’s Te Matatini festival in Taranaki. For the second competition we travel south for the Waitaha Kapa Haka Regionals at Woolfbrook Arena in Christchurch. The first team takes the stage after karakia on Saturday at 9.00 AM. Catch the action on MĀORI+.
